The three-bedroom villa, surrounded by 1500 square meters of fenced-in garden, enjoys a breathtaking view of the archipelago of La Maddalena. A private pool, fully air conditioning, BBQ and private car parking are the main facilities of the villa. All the characteristics of this villa are perfect for a holiday in the Smeralda coast area, the most exclusive part of Sardinia, considering that the nearest beach is at only a 500-meter distance from the villa.

Designed by a well-known architect, Violina consists of a large living and dining room, guest bathroom, open space kitchen, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a staff room with bathroom, a large veranda used as a living room and outdoor dining area. A modern infinity pool and a generous garden complete the comfort. The nearest beach, the one of Liscia di Vacca is small and has a sandy shore of medium-grained sand. It is surrounded by rocks and its sheltered position gives cover from the wind. The sea is pristine and clean.
