Beautiful Provencal country house of 180 m2 on a fenced and green plot of 2300 m2 in the popular district of La Capilla.
This house is composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 in the main house and 2 in an outbuilding near the swimming pool. One of the bedrooms in the outbuilding is equipped with 3 single beds, bringing the number of residents to 11.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
In the main house, a large terrace welcomes you with a large dining table and a Weber gas barbecue.
You then enter a living room area and a kitchen open to it. Kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom and the master bedroom upstairs with its bathroom.
Outside, a garden furniture sits in the center of a huge terrace that goes down to the swimming pool, a 15 meter by 5 meter salt and heated swimming pool.

The area is quiet and you can reach Tahiti beach in 10 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by car to go to the center of Saint Tropez.
