- Hacienda Babylon is not responsible for any accidents, loss theft, or damage of any valuable belongings. We ask adults to watch their children at all times while using the pool. Kids are not allowed within the gym room
- Hacienda Babylon or the owner will not be held responsible in case of a municipal shortage of electricity or water
- Lost keys & key chains will be charged at $50 USD per key set
