There are 6 double suites in the main villa and 2 four person apartments in the villa’s charming guest house. Nestled on a completely private Caribbean beachfront, this state of-the-art villa provides a 5-star resort feeling all to yourself.
Its interior decor is elegant and sophisticated, with a wellness core inspired by Tulum’s Mayan heritage. Bedrooms feature plush Hypnos mattresses, top-of-the-line Dyson and GHD styling products as well as luxurious furnishings and interior design that exudes modern Tulum style.

Cenote Del Mar aims to provide a five-star resort feeling from a private vacation villa: for this reason the villa is not available for self-catering as it is equipped with a professional kitchen.
A local grocery supplement charge applies for all meals, the host will discuss this with you after booking.

- A Mandatory refundable damage deposit of $2,500 USD applies to all bookings
- Maximum occupancy: 20 guests
- Rates are based on double occupancy
- An additional guest fee of $100 USD per guest per night for groups over 8, for children 12 – 18 years a $50 USD per child per night is applicable and children below 12 are free
- A food deposit of $1,000 USD for supplies, food and beverages is required in cash at check in

- Special dinners and events are accepted with additional fees – please enquire direct for a quote
- No smoking inside the villa
- Small dogs are accepted with additional fees *Deposit of $500 USD and cleaning fee of $250 USD. The deposit is refundable if no damage occurs
- The villa is not available for self-catering as it is equipped with a professional kitchen.
