Nestled on a jungle dune only 7km into the reserve, Casa Yakunah boasts pure comfort and ultimate privacy in an integrated environment that will delight and amaze.
Casa Yakunah is a low impact house which draws almost all of its energy from its environment. Since there is no “grid” in the reserve, solar, wind, and rain create the energy needed to provide guests modern conveniences while still being immersed in nature.

- A mandatory refundable damage deposit of $2,000 USD applies
- A villa service charge of 5% is required prior to check – in
- One week rentals are preferred
- Our minimum rental is 3 nights
- Christmas and New Years bookings require a 7 night minimum
- Alcoholic beverages are not included on the rental fee
- Maximum 10 guests
- Yes, please inquire about dates, availability and pricing. 35 people maximum for special day events
- This is a non smoking villa. Smoking is not allowed indoors including bedrooms and bathrooms. Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 USD per day cleaning fee.
***Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
