Aida is a top luxury holiday villa designed with a sophisticated style, set in the hilly area of Porto Cervo, hearth of Costa Smeralda, in Sardinia. The area from where the property dominates the coast is one of the most exclusives in Porto Cervo, certainly due to its dramatic views over Pevero Bay and Cala di Volpe.

Built in 2017, the villa is a unique example of the last technologies: starting from the smart house system to the most technologist room fittings.

The super villa consists of two separated units that together compose the entire home: the main villa (about thousand square meters) and the guest house (about five hundred square meters), these ones connected by the underground corridor-tunnel.

The interiors are characterized by light walls, marble floors, elegant design furniture, cozy living spaces with niches with art pieces and sculptures.

The main villa provides a spacious bright living room with large glass windows on the entire wall with panoramic sea view. Various relax areas are set in the large space, as well as the large dining area and the professional kitchen entirely made by steel.

The sleeping area hosts the master bedroom of about hundred square meters with a beautiful sea view, and equipped with two bathrooms and two spacious walk-in closets.

There are also three bedrooms, each with its private bathroom and other two bedrooms for the staff with two bathrooms and a professional laundry.

An outdoor sunbath terraces and furnished verandas for dinners and relaxation moments are just some places which the villa offers for a carefree and comfortable stay. Surrounded by a manicured garden, there is a two-level infinity pool of two hundred fifty square meters.

The guest house consists of a large living room, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, a professional steel kitchen, a gym overlooking the sea, a SPA area with two massage rooms and a sauna, a yoga/Pilates room, a home cinema and a room for hairdressing services.

Outdoor spaces accommodate a football field, a pool of hundred thirty square meters and a parking for six cars.

The outdoor spaces are designed to relax and contemplate the amazing view. A beautiful garden with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers surrounds two wonderful infinity pools. The snow-white gazebo with panoramic views is a romantic place to contemplate sunsets.
