A majestic Mediterranean style villa nestled the lush vegetation of the rolling hills of Las Brisas. This villa is spectacular from its unforgettable view o Acapulco Bay to its natural waterfalls and Botanical garden complete with Balinese palapa. Villa Sábalo is one of Acapulco’s largest villas and, indisputably, one of its most luxurious.
It comes complete with an immense swimming pool and palatial terrace overlooking the lush green mountains and bay. It includes a swim up bar, a complete gym, tennis courts, and service quarters, not to mention an immense kitchen with the capacity to accommodate a horde of dinner guests.
Villa Sábalo has 13 bedrooms, each tastefully decorated in its own unique style, each with dressing room, large bathroom (some with special delights such as a shower that opens to the sky), air-conditioning, and satellite TV. Covered parking is provided for more than 10 autos. The service staff has 8 members, including 2 cooks, 2 waiters, 2 maids, 1 gardener, and 1 pool attendant.
*Only 2 guests per bedroom, up to 26 guests! Ideal for large groups and corporate retreats!

RESERVATION POLICY:
o 50% payment upon confirmation to secure reservation.
o Agreement must be signed upon confirmation.
o The remaining 50% payment due no later than one week prior to occupancy.
o A loss prevention refundable deposit due no later than one week prior to occupancy.
1 – 6 Bedrooms: $1,000.00 USD
7 – 13 Bedrooms: $2,000.00 USD o Maximum of 10% commission included to third party Agencies.

NOTES:
o Ground transportation to and from the Acapulco Airport is included.
o For purchase of food, beverages and other supplies, 10% will be automatically charged on the gross totals to cover service and logistics’ costs.
o You can use your personal smartphone to play music in the Ricky’O disco; however, to have the full experience it is essential to hire a professional DJ. Additional costs apply.
o We can provide qualified masseuses for the Spa. Additional costs apply.
