Perched at the highest point of the Las Colinas section, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, desert, and golf course, along with unforgettable sunsets that can be enjoyed from the private terrace.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, this spacious single-level home is ideal for families or small groups traveling together. The living area features a large 60” HD TV, satellite service, and a BOSE home theater system, perfect for movie nights after a day exploring the resort or the nearby beaches. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for enjoying the Baja climate.

Your stay also includes the use of a Can-Am utility vehicle, making it easy and fun to move around the resort between Las Colinas, the marina, restaurants, cafés, mini market, and other amenities available within Puerta Cortés.

Guests can also enjoy access to the Las Colinas Clubhouse, which includes a shared infinity pool, as shown in the photos. Please note that this home does not include an active membership to the Puerta Cortés Beach Club.
