Designed by a renowned local architect and awarded for best single-family home design, this 6,500 sq ft estate blends traditional Mexican charm with inspired architecture and modern luxury. Renovated in 2019 by Gasca Diseños, the villa features all-new furnishings, custom artwork, Lutron lighting, Sonos sound system, electronic locks, and updated modern amenities throughout.

The villa offers total privacy just minutes from Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone.
