At the heart of Casa Descalza is our spacious main “palapa”, where you’ll find the pool, sun deck, living room, and dining areas—all strategically placed to take full advantage of the breathtaking ocean views. This central open-air structure creates an ideal space for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific. The villa features six elegantly appointed bedrooms, a cozy TV room, and seven and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests.

1-2-3 Guide to How Meals Are Provided During Your Stay

Rental prices do not include food or beverages, but we ensure that your dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. Before your arrival, our concierge will provide you with a menu to choose your daily meals and a grocery pre-stock order form. Our staff will handle all the shopping at no additional cost—unless you prefer to do it yourself. Receipts for all purchases will be provided for reimbursement.

Villa Rates & Additional Information

Standard Rates (5 Nights Minimum):

• USD 1625 per night for up to 8 guests
• USD 1775 per night for 10 guests
• USD 1925 per night for 12 guests

Additional Guests:

Our villa comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, with a maximum of 12 adults. For each additional adult guest beyond 12, $75 per night is charged.

Shorter Stays:

• For 3-night bookings, add 20% to the base rate.
• For 4-night bookings, add 10% to the base rate.

Special Rates for Holiday Periods:

Special rates apply for holidays and “puentes” (long weekends). Please inquire with our concierge for more details.

Exclusions:

• Groceries, tipping, transfers, or additional activities are not included in the rental price.
• Additional fees may apply for any requested services or activities outside of standard offerings.
