La Gema Escondida is the only property of this caliber in Puerto Escondido. Our private chefs prepare locally sourced Oaxacan and international dishes – breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner daily (included in our nightly rate). · The villa was designed for guests who want to enjoy delicious gourmet food at home while also being able to enjoy the diverse food scene that Puerto has to offer

· At La Gema we provide guests full breakfast and either lunch or dinner daily prepared by our incredible team of chefs who are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. We are the only villa in Puerto Escondido that does not separately charge guests for the cost of food/ingredients — our food offerings are included in the nightly rate.

· Our incredible Concierge, Diego, will be at your service. From arranging airport transfers to private beach front dinners under the stars to whale watching or deep sea fishing adventures.
