• Sargassum is a natural seasonal phenomenon (typically May–October) and is beyond the owner’s control. No refunds or relocations are offered due to sargassum conditions.
• Alcohol is not included. Alcohol purchases can be arranged with a 20% service fee.
• Special dietary requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and may incur additional charges.
• The property is not wheelchair accessible. Bedrooms are located on the second and third floors and require climbing stairs.
• There is a hotel being built next door which you may experience some noise during your stay.
