Accommodating up to 18 guests, this expansive beach home blends modern luxury with tropical elegance, featuring custom teak details throughout and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ideal for multi-family vacations, corporate retreats, or groups of friends, the villa offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and sophistication.

Guests enjoy a large swimming pool with an elegant fountain, fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, daily housekeeping (Monday–Saturday), concierge services, and exclusive corporate membership access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club (Playa Avellanas). The community offers world-class amenities including over 20 miles of MTB and running trails, 3 miles of coastline with 8 surf breaks, tennis and pickleball courts, horse stables, and proximity to JW Marriott. Please note this home is located in a private residential community with a strict no-noise policy from 10 PM to 6 AM and is not suitable for parties or events.
