At Vista Estate, you get the best of both worlds with Vista Hermosa and Alta Vista, two side-by-side villas that open up to host up to 42 guests across 16 deluxe bedrooms.
True to its name, Vista Estate offers one of the most beautiful vistas of Playa del Carmen. Both villas boast spectacular rooftop pools with views of Playacar’s pristine beach that set the stage for sunset cocktails and barbecue soirées. Both villas blend sleek, modern architecture with rustic wood accents that gives each space a laid-back, tropical atmosphere. This setting isn’t just easy on the eyes; it’s designed for making memories, offering outstanding spaces, perfect for every festivity.
To top it all off, Vista Estate is located in the upscale private neighborhood of Playacar, just a walk away from Playa del Carmen’s vibrant Fifth Avenue, with the city’s finest restaurants, bars, and shopping centers easily within reach. Yet, when it’s time to unwind, your tranquil haven awaits, ensuring the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation right at your doorstep.
For those needing more space, Playacar Vista Estate can also be booked in conjunction with Casa Nikki for even larger groups. Casa Nikki is located just a 5 minute walk from the Estate and guests are welcome to dine and gather together at either of the villas.
