The main living room is spacious and includes an open kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer and dishes. There is also a dining room for meals with family or friends. The living room is furnished with sofas and opens onto a terrace that overlooks a 14-meter-long pool with a depth difference of up to two meters.

Security guards are present to monitor the neighborhood continuously, both day and night. This security measure has the general objective of guaranteeing the tranquility and safety of residents.

The villa has a private path to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the coast.

An added value is the terrace on the first floor, ideal for admiring magnificent sunsets and enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.

The rental includes a home cooking service led by Chef Gloria, offering the preparation of delicious Mexican dishes.
