- A Mandatory cash security deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check in for all bookings
- A cash food deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check-in as well as a $150 USD shopping fee per stay
- Rates are in USD, price per night based on dual occupancy. Add 25% Taxes.
- Rates are from 1 – 6 bedrooms (1 – 12 guests) and 7 – 8 bedrooms (13 – 16 guests)
- Maximum occupancy: 8 bedrooms 19 guests
- Each extra guest above double occupancy is an additional $130 USD per guest/per night, plus taxes
- A 3% Environmental tax will be added to the final accommodation fare
- The properties has 8 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms
- Day Passes are available at $95 USD per person per day
- Events accepted with additional fees. Please enquire direct for a quote
- Infants under 24 months stay for free
- Minimum requirement of 3 nights – excludes thanksgiving (5 night minimum), Christmas and NYE (7 night minimum)
