• Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in available for a fee if there is no same-day check-out. Early luggage drop-off option available.
• Complimentary late check-out until 11:00 AM upon request (subject to 12-hour advance notice and no same-day check-in).
• Late check-out fees: $300 (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM); 50% night rate (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM); Full night rate (after 3:00 PM).
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests. Unapproved overnight guests exceeding this limit incur a fee of $400+ per guest/stay.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM in accordance with City of Los Angeles regulations. No outdoor music after 9:00 PM.
• Decibel-monitoring noise sensors installed on premises (does not record conversations).
• Amplified or high-decibel speakers strictly prohibited; Bluetooth speakers recommended.
• Strictly NO indoor smoking or vaping ($1,000 fine per violation).
• No illegal activities, firearms, subletting, or excessive loitering outside the property.
• Prior written approval and additional fees required for events, productions, filming, or large gatherings exceeding max capacity.
• Third-party vendors must have prior approval and Certificate of Insurance (COI).
• Pets allowed only with prior approval; fees may apply.
• Elevator access is strictly reserved for guests with mobility or accessibility requirements.
