Villa Maya offers countless amenities and for the price point, it is tough to beat! Located in an exclusive gated community, this property offers four bedrooms, a private pool in addition to the shared community pool that overlooks Playa Santa Cruz (where all the cruise ships dock).

The villa’s main floor boasts open-concept living throughout the kitchen, breakfast bar, dinette, living room and bar. For formal dining, there is also a private dining room with seating for up to eight guests.

The open-concept area opens onto the back terrace where you’ll find a hammock and outdoor grill. Grab a book and enjoy the warm afternoon sun or enjoy a little afternoon siesta. The main-floor area also opens-up on the ocean-facing side to an outdoor terrace with a casual seating area for up to six guests. This area overlooks the private pool, where you can soak up the sun on one of the two built-in loungers. Surrounding the pool, you’ll enjoy the beauty and vivid color of the bougainvillea flowers. To the side of the pool, you will find the private one-bedroom single suite with a full bath.

On the second level of the property, you’ll find the three double guest suites. These three generously sized bedrooms offer comfort and luxury with private ensuite baths in each. Off the upper landing, connecting the three suites, you’ll find the upper terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views of Santa Cruz bay, offering seating for up to four guests. There is a King bed in the master, King in the second bedroom, and a double in the third. The forth bedroom is in the guesthouse by the pool. This bedroom has a twin bed and its own bathroom.

Great kitchen with a fabulous island making it easy to chat with guests/family while prepping a meal. Indoor dining room accommodates 8 easily. The kitchen also includes a purified water cooler (which is restocked through the week) – this cooler also offers piping hot water should you want to make a cup of tea.

The private pool is the piece de resistance. It includes two built-in loungers in a custom-designed shallow area, while offering a deep area for those times when you need plunge and flexibility for sun-lovers/shade-lovers alike. If that’s not enough or your party wants to split up, there’s another infinity pool that the small gated community of 9 units shares. This beautiful infinity pool looks over Bahia Santa Cruz. It’s enchanting to observe the cruise ships as they dock or just take in one of the mesmerizing sunsets over the bay!

The Sueño Real complex offers 24 hour gated security, onsite concierge service, and access to the shared infinity pool. This complex is perched on the Cliffside on Punta Santa Cruz, overlooking the beautiful bay below.

For Salt water lovers it’s a 15 minute walk to your choice of beaches – Santa Cruz or Chahue. If your feeling lazy after a day at the beach, a $1 taxi ride can bring you back up the hill. Restaurants, snorkeling, access to boats and jetskis, tours all at Santa Cruz beach.
