The moment you enter into the common areas of the villa (kitchen, dining and living room) you will experience captivating and enchanting views of the turquoise Caribbean sea! Alta Vista features 8 suites, each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs. There are 5 large king suites each with one king size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 3 queen bed suites, each with 2 queen size beds.

Alta Vista boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area, eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand, or just remain mesmerized by the captivating ocean views!

Alta Vista is equipped with two outdoor living and dining areas, one in the bottom level courtyard and the second on top of the roof terrace, which is also equipped with a large infinity plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.

In addition to its proximity to the beach, Alta Vista is located only 12 minutes walking distance from town, or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!
