Since the house is in el Tigre Golf course, you will enjoy amazing green views, blue skies, lakes, and palm trees as your everyday view. (Never gets old) This place is also in a very private and secure area. While some may enjoy golfing, some rather be at the beach, so you do have nearby access to several beaches. • Maximum occupancy limit: 8 guests, including children
• There is double security so you must register the names in the entrance booth of Paradise Village and at the entrance of Punta Cala Condominiums and provide ID upon check-in.
• No outside guests are allowed on the property.
• No pets
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
• Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during entire stay.
• 2 Car parking
• No noise after 11:00pm
• COVID protocol – use of face masks in common areas and limited number of people in pool area
