Colibrí Suite: Colourful and cheerful, it has 4 single beds, spacious closet, full bathroom with shower and private toilet. It is located near the pool area.

Condor Suite: It is the largest as it is 2 bunk beds and 2 armchairs (total 6 single beds), full bathroom with 2 sinks, tub and private toilet. Separate terrace.

Because of the Pacific style architecture, the open layout of its areas allows coexistence at all times. The main hall and dining room for 12 people are poolside so you can still enjoy the ocean view and breeze. It also has a barbecue, a bar, a games table for four, and a foyer at the front entrance.

The pool area features sun beds and umbrellas, exclusive pool towel service, and a palapa. In addition, a terrace on the second floor where the view is even more extraordinary.

It has a private beach, shared only with other neighboring houses.

Access to the beach is through a scenic staircase that starts from the house to the beach, approximately 180 steps in very good condition and with breaks.

It is warned that the waves can be dangerous and precautions must be taken with minors and people who do not know how to swim at sea. (there is no lifeline as it is a private beach)

There may be insects typical of the tropical climate as the house is on the slopes of a mountain surrounded by vegetation.
