VILLA LAS PALAPAS – Riviera Nayarit, Nuevo Vallarta

Villa Las Palapas is a spectacular residence overlooking the Pacific Ocean, located in the Riviera Nayarit, within Vallarta’s residential area in Banderas Bay Beach. Designed by the renowned architect Diego Villaseñor, a contemporary Mexican Pacific style, built with fine materials and finishes on a 2,287 m2 plot with a constructed area of 1,253 m2. Everywhere in the House have a stunning view of the sea, and its name refers to the giant Palapa that is built, which gives way to a unique and original house with three modules.

Main module: living room, dining room, dining area, BBQ, kitchen, laundry area, and room service, all this under the gigantic House palapa. Second module: master suite (with balcony, room, double bathroom with bathtub and double dressing), double room (with two single beds, bathroom, dressing room), game room with exit to the swimming pool and the garden. Third module: suite with terrace (bathroom and dressing room), 2 double bedrooms (both with twin beds, bathroom, and dressing room), and a sun deck on top.

The House has two entrances: one on the street and another on the beach. On the street side is the main entrance, accompanied by an exotic garden stones road and a parking lot with space for 4 cars. On the beachside, two small palapas on the sand enjoy this and direct open house space of 1,200 m2 garden. Thanks to the design and unique style of House Las Palapas, it is achieved to enjoy a holiday on the beach like in no other place and experience in the tourist destination of luxury, Riviera Nayarit.

From 1 to 50 people: $2,600 USD
From 51 to 110 people: $3,600 USD
Event limit 1:30 AM with music
All Events must end entirely at 2:00 AM.
The event fee does not include lodging. One bedroom to use throughout the event is included.
Events that fall on National holidays ( long weekends) require a 2-night minimum stay plus the event fee.
The rental rate includes maid service and general maintenance.
