VILLA BELLAVISTA II

This villa is situated in the sought-after neighbourhood of Arrocito, known for its central location, popular oceanside restaurant, and calm beach.

Villa BellaVista II has been beautifully renovated to combine traditional Mexican architectural features with crisp modern design. Enjoy lounging in your private pool – complete with swim-up bar – before relaxing under one of two large shaded palapas!

Under the main palapa you will find the kitchen, complete with granite countertops, lots of storage, and a six-seater breakfast bar. Also nestled under the main palapa is the living area and dining table, perfect for enjoying central open concept living!

Located directly behind the main living area through a set of glass doors you will find stairs that will lead you up to the master suite, complete with ocean views and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three can both be found on the lower level of the villa, each with its own private bathroom. See below for full details:

• Bedroom 3 – Lower Level Suite: King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, A/C, and Garden views.
• Bathroom 4 – Half bathroom by the pool area

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $95 USD admin fee | Balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
