This home has amazing views and is in well-known Punta Pelicanos, a resort with 3 heated pools (a stunning infinity pool), 4 Jacuzzis and basketball and tennis courts. It is the perfect piece of paradise for anyone who loves exclusive access to the beach!

The dining area is open and spacious and sits eight. You can also choose to dine Al Fresco in your outside terrace to keep enjoying the outside beauty. You can also cook on your grill so the terrace will may be one of the favorite spots. Sunsets are one of a kind in Riviera Nayarit, so you are in for a treat. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and with a breakfast bar.

• Maximum occupancy limit 8- 12 including children
• No outside guests are allowed in the property
• Only one small pet is allowed inside the house exclusively. (Must request beforehand)
• Smoking is not allowed
• Check in begins at 4:00pm. Check our time is 11:00am.
• In order to check in, please show official ID of person registered as the owner of the reservation, and deliver 48 hours before the reservation, the document with: name of who the reservation is made, names of all people (maximum 10 people – children can go incognito) + ages (only for kids), and car information (license plates)
