Huge luxury oceanfront estate with a 25 meter pool in a nature paradise. 5000 sq meter lot with green garden and lagos and 1500 sq meter living area under the huge palapa roof. The house is built by a famous architect.
Its an exceptional luxury oceanfront villa with a 7-9 people staff ( Privat Chef ) and has also a very large pool of 25 x 7 meters.
The rental price is based on a minimum of 4 guests. Each addtl. guest will be charged for an extra person fee. The master bedroom is included if the booking is for 16 and more guests. The master can always be added optional. Please contact the administrator after booking the house.
The staff will do a daily full service from 8am until 5pm or longer if needed for a little extra fee. Pesos 100 / hours and person and pesos 300 for a taxi. There are no collectives after 6pm. Christmas and new years eve is service with open end.
