Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house.
The game room with pool table and TV, has two sofas that can be used as single beds.
The nightly rate includes the Cook service with hours from 8 am to 8 pm, as well as the cleaning service of the rooms, of a waitress, in morning hours.
The rate does not include waiter service, this must be contracted separately.
If additional personnel or extended service hours are required, hiring must be done in advance and payment made directly.
The room cleaning service is daily with a change of linens every three nights of stay.
Guest service personnel will need to stay in the rental rooms as we do not have space in the service area.
The rent of the house does not include any kind of gratuity.
These must be delivered directly to the service personnel
Other things to note
It is not allowed to have music with volume that affects neighbors, neither day nor night.
Fireworks and detonations of any size and magnitude are not permitted at any time of the year.
No events or parties without prior authorization.
For groups larger than 10 people, the hiring of extra staff for kitchen support is required. This is paid directly at the house.
