Included daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation. Service hours are tailored to guests’ preferences and schedule. Meals and drinks are not included, for your convenience, we offer a grocery shopping and delivery service with a 20% fee per ticket. Additional service hours for snacks, between-meal requests, or extended service can be arranged upon request; additional fees apply. - Bartender & Waiter Service
Included for 5 hours daily to provide attentive hospitality throughout your stay. Guests are welcome to pre-select their preferred beverages, which can be stocked in advance through our provisioning service (groceries plus a 20% shopping and delivery fee). Additional service hours or full-day service may be arranged upon request; additional fees apply. - Dedicated Property Manager / Concierge

- Rates apply to the rental of the entire villa and are offered in two accommodation configurations:- 5 Suites: Up to 10 adults and 2 minors (under 12 years old)
-6 Suites: Up to 12 adults and 4 minors (under 12 years old)
– Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Additional adults exceeding the included occupancy allowance are subject to a surcharge of $100 USD per person, per night, plus applicable taxes and service charges. - Children under 2 years are free, there may be an additional charge depending on the season and duration of stay for children 3 – 13 years the charge is $100 USD + taxes + services. Please enquire directly.
- Shorter night stays are possible with an extra nightly fee
- Events accepted for existing bookings (maximum 30 guests) please enquire directly for a quote
