IMPORTANT NOTES:

-The main Guest must be over 25 years old.

-The published rates are for a maximum of 14 guests in the Villa. The cost per additional guest is USD 50 per night per guest. No more than 19 guests are allowed in the villa.

– Only the number of registered guests listed in the rental agreement can reside in the premises during the Rental Period. If additional guests join those already registered, it must be previously requested to the Administration before their arrival. If extra guests are accepted, Main Guest the cost of these upon arrival in cash or with a credit card. Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay, maximum 2 babies per stay. Children over 2 years old are considered guests. Guests who have not been previously registered will not be admitted.

All staff services offered in the villa are for 12 guests. In reservations of 13 to 19 guests it is mandatory to hire additional assistants: Up to 12 guests IT IS NOT NECESSARY to hire assistants; From 13 to 15 guests, ONE extra assistant must be hired, from 16 to 19 guests, TWO extra assistants must be hired. Each attendee has an approximate cost to the guest of 40 USD per day. If extra staff is needed, Main Guest must cover the cost upon arrival in cash or with a credit card.
