The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and with a breakfast bar.

• Maximum occupancy limit 8- 12 including children
• No outside guests are allowed in the property
• Only one small pet is allowed inside the house exclusively. (Must request beforehand)
• Smoking is not allowed
• Check in begins at 4:00pm. Check our time is 11:00am.
• In order to check in, please show official ID of person registered as the owner of the reservation, and deliver 48 hours before the reservation, the document with: name of who the reservation is made, names of all people (maximum 10 people – children can go incognito) + ages (only for kids), and car information (license plates)
