The interior of this home is bright and full of life, designed with many areas for you to enjoy. Disconnect on the evenings by your fire pit on a cozy outside terrace. Lounge on your larger terrace with outside seating and sun beds, this area connects with your living room so you can choose to leave it open, its perfect for entertaining.

You can always choose to spend the day by your pool, it’s an ideal spot to unwind. The pool can be heated upon request for a daily fee of $ 45.

Other areas include, grill area, 2 more balconies and a game room.

For an additional fee of $85 per week, enjoy complete access to Fundadores Beach Club, only a 5 min drive away (2.5 km) and beachfront to a dreamy paradise. White sands and ready for you to enjoy the pristine ocean water, bask in the sun over white sands or love the club´s pool which is also heated during winter. You can always choose to relax in the jacuzzi or go for a relaxing massage to the SPA. (This service does have an additional cost) The beach club has outdoor seating which is perfect to enjoy a full day of good music, drinks and food. It has the perfect getaway ambiance! Now who wouldn’t like to spend all day in the Beach Club?
Feeling Hungry? You also have the Club´s restaurant´s delicious menu with both national and international delicacies
Love Sports? You have complete access the Club´s fitness center and free activities such as Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Zumba and more. (Activities may vary per season). If you enjoy water sports, ask for paddle boards or kayaks, they’ll lend them to you for free.
If you are a golfer you will enjoy full access to a challenging 27 holes signature course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, right outside your home. (500 meters to be exact)
